The Necco Raiders are members of the Northland Suburban Youth Football League and are located in the Kansas City northland area.  The program is a competitive football and cheerleading organization for kids ages Kindergarten-8th grade.  For football, Kindergarten through 2nd grade play flag and 3rd through 8th grade play tackle.  For cheerleading, teams are organized to cheer at each of the games each weekend.  

In the fall, the Necco Raiders host the Annual Simone Youth Football Tournament before the season starts.  This pre-season tournament draws  more than 1,000 kids (ages 5-14) from all over the Kansas City area.  This tournament isn't about winning or losing, it's about kicking off the season by getting all the kids together for fun.  After all games are played, there is a celebration and the Simone family shares the legacy of Tommy Simone.  It's a great day of family fun for all!
